- Creates a barricade wall around the tires to keep mice out!
- Patent-pending contour gauge design to guarantee a tight fit around the axle.
- Smooth exterior walls that mice can’t climb up.
- Stainless steel hardware.
- Quick set-up and take-down design.
Is MiceTight Right for You?
- 13″ minimum height of clearance under your camper.
- 8″ minimum height of axle clearance.
How to Measure to Make Sure MiceTight will Fit Your Camper
It’s simple, you just need a 13 inch height clearance and a 8 inch clearance under the bottom of your axle.
This should fit 95% of campers out there unless you have a fender that comes down past the tires.
MiceTight is Sold Per Axle
Two tire barriers come in a box. So if your camper has two axles you would have to order two units to protect 4 tires. Campers are sold with one, two, or three axles. MiceTight does not fit dual-tire units at this time.
Best Practices
MiceTight works the best when the camper is not in use. You need to eliminate as much stuff that contacts the ground as possible: stabilizer jacks or rv covers that touch the ground. Your lifting jack is ok because it is straight up and doesn’t allow for mice to climb up. Parking on hard surfaces and concrete pavement are ideal. Mice can’t dig under them. If you park on grass or gravel, it is advisable to park on a piece of treated plywood not to allow mice to dig under.
It is recommended to setup mouse traps when you first start using MiceTight, or get home from a camping trip. The first time I started using MiceTight, it worked so well that I trapped mice in my camper with no way to get out. I caught 6 mice in traps before there were none. If you skip this step, you may find dead mice in your camper.
